I was able to get a workout in yesterday and today. Yesterdays consisted of 60 min walk at a 3.6 pace, felt a little weird with my circulation, also lifted some weights for about 30 min. Today only got a 45 min walk in and no weights. Going to try and get a hike in tomorrow with Cindy. Eating is going better less slips but still have one on occasion. Good luck and keep it up with everyone else in their endeavors.

I thought you and Cindy were calling it quits or did you decide to take it a day at a time. Keep up the workouts. I quit posting my weight for now because it was depressing me. I will try and get the working out routine down first with some consistency, then I will work on the eating once again. Love having you post. If we can get Rowdy back at it. Would be nice to have my three boys posting and inspiring all of us. love ya lots
ReplyDeleteKeep it up! Find time to get in some sort of workout everyday. Even if it's just for 15 minutes a day. Every little bit helps. Lucky for me I have nothing to do but workout when I'm not at work. Well maybe I'm not lucky BUT I'm making the best of the situation I'm in for the year. Focus on your goals and you'll do great.
