Back again, 02/16/2012
I have had a good three days and I am taking it one day at a time. My first goal is just 60 min on the tread mill 5 out of 7 days. I have done it for 3 and my average distance is 3 miles, calories burned about 500. I have been keeping a food log in a notebook as well as using the site my fitness pal to track food and exercise. It is a pretty good site but I will need to stay on top of it, and since I am doing that I need to get back on here to support all you other people trying to live longer healthier lives. So my goal for here is going to be 4-5 times a week, keep you all up on me and me up on you. Keep up the hard work.

ReplyDeleteGlad your back. The food log has worked well for me in the past. I have also used the fitness pal site. Remember what we were talking about. Warm up with a walk and when you get good and warm run for one minute then walk until you recover then go again. That and a lot of walking has been working for me. keep up the good work. love ya dad
ReplyDeleteHey man, long time no write. Glad to see you you're back once again. I really enjoy reading yours and Dad's blogs. It really helps me to feel close to you guys even though I'm on the other side of the world. Take things slow and don't burn yourself out. The little strides build up quickly and soon you'll see a difference. Love ya.
