I know it has been awhile but I am still plugging away. I have been getting 45 min to an hour on the treadmill. I have been increasing my running but my lungs have been giving me fits from the chest cold I had. I am still at it though, been kind of tired and my shoulder and elbow have been giving me a fit. I will need to go in and get a shot in my elbow because it makes lifting things painful and it hurts just under normal circumstances. The shoulder I think is my rotator cuff from choking that guy in Israel. I will have to check that when I cant stand it anymore. I am starting to swim regular this week on Thursday. See how that works on my shoulder either help it or kill it we will see.

I hope you can work through all your aches and pains and your body adjusts to working out. I know when I haven't ran for a while my knees kill me. Consistency really helps alleviate the pains. My body works itself into shape, at least that's the plan. Keep it up and get in the work outs when you can. Make it a habit and you won't regret it. Love ya.
ReplyDeleteHey Bill,
ReplyDeleteI am glad to here you are still at it. Brandon is right, all the aches and pains will begin to go away. Push yourself! Your body will let you know when it has had enough and then push a little more.
I am so blessed to have a great group of guys around to help me achieve my goals. You all mean a lot to me.
Keep up the hard work.

You are doing great just keep those treadmill workouts up. When the lungs clear up you will feel the difference. If you have a bike at work give it a try, that will rest your shoulder. Try workouts that work around the pain when you can. love ya dad
