30JAN2011

Well I have been doing something everyday maybe not as much as I wanted but something. I got 45 min of cardio the last two days and tried to do the swimming. Swimming will definitely take 3 days a week to get in check. I don't have the breathing down as I swim so I hold my breath and it wears me down quick. I only did about 150 meters and it killed me and took way to long. Definite need to work on it. Diet has been better but I do have times when I do over eat and my body lets me know that with jacked up blood sugar and basically feeling like shit. SOOO, what that means is keep everything in check and I will feel fine. Love you all and appreciate the support. Keep on pushing yourselves and stay on track.

  1. Good stuff brother. I wish I could be around to knock out the tri with you guys. That would be awesome. You keep pushing yourself and things will get easier. At least that's what I keep telling myself. LMAO!! I just think how good it's going to feel to be skinny again and that's motivation enough for me. Love ya man & keep at it.

  3. The swim is kicking my butt also. I have only been to the pool twice and it is getting better. The shoulders seem to be loosening up a bit. The breathing is easier but after one lap I am winded so I go to a breast stroke or a side stroke until I get my wind back. This is like all the things we are doing, we need to just keep doing it over and over until it gets easier. You are doing great and keep up the cardio. love ya dad

  4. I think the swim will be alot of our hardest event, but if we work at it we will achieve our goal.
    I am stoked that you are doing this with us. Maybe you will join us and get the swm bike run tattoo that I have designed. Your Dad won't get one until his M DOT. We'll see.
